This app does not collect your data. There are no accounts, no servers, and no analytics. Everything you log stays on your device.
Nothing. The app has no user accounts and sends none of your health information to us or anyone else. We cannot see your entries.
All of your data — movements, symptoms, notes, foods, medications, supplements, regimens, and check-ins — is stored only on your device using Apple's on-device SwiftData framework. It never leaves your iPhone through this app.
The app does not track you across apps or websites, uses no advertising or analytics services, and contains no third-party SDKs. Our privacy manifest declares "Data Not Collected."
The optional subscription is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Apple processes the transaction; we never receive your name, payment details, or Apple ID. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
You can export all of your data to CSV at any time from Settings. "Delete all data" in Settings permanently removes every entry from your device, and deleting the app removes all of its data.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
